Students entering 7th grade and beyond are due for middle school vaccines including Tdap, HPV, Meningitis. Students preparing for college should receive Meningitis booster vaccines. All “new” students and students entering Kindergarten and middle school require a DHEC immunization form.
Does your child need medication while at school such as epipen, albuterol, ibuprofen? Schools require that a medical provider complete a medication permission form in order for a student to receive medication during the school day.
