Track your child’s developmental milestones with the CDC’s new Tracker App. The app allows you to track your child’s progress with a milestone checklist for children between 2 months and 5 years. It suggests age appropriate activities that will help support your child. Most importantly, it provides a framework to know when to act early and helps remind you of upcoming well child checkup times.
