Covid 19 Update
Happy New Year to all of our patients and their families!
As you are likely aware, our area is in the midst of a COVID surge. Because of this, our office is experiencing an unusually high volume of phone calls and requests for testing and sick visit appointments. We appreciate your patience as we attempt to accommodate these requests.
Covid 19 is impacting many facets of our daily operations including staff quarantines, delays in shipping of testing supplies and vaccines which unfortunately may interfere with our attempts to offer you optimized speedy service. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause regarding appointment availability or delay in test result notification as well as telephone hold- time. We are dedicated to keeping all of our patients and staff safe and healthy. We will continue to require masks in the office for everyone over age 3 and to screen those entering the building for possible COVID symptoms in order to protect our youngest and most vulnerable patients.
We recommend calling early in the day for sick appointments as these have been filling quickly. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an appointment so that we may offer the spot to another patient.
We appreciate all of our patients and thank you for your understanding as we enter year three of crazy COVID 19! Hopefully, it will end soon.
