Important Update: We are happy to announce a policy change for patients, families, and staff. With the reduction of COVID-19 activity in our community and the availability of COVID vaccination, we are changing our mask and arrival policies in our office.
If your child is coming into the office for a well visit (physical/sports physical/non-illness related appointment), masks are optional. We are also making masks optional for our staff who are caring for your children for well visits only. If you would prefer for our staff to wear a mask while caring for your children during a well visit, we are happy to do so. You do still need to call before coming in the office to check in. We ask that you continue to call the office to notify us of your arrival, and we will bring you into the office as soon as a room is available.
Staff will continue to wear masks when caring for sick children, and we require that sick children over 2 years of age and their parents wear a mask while in the office for sick visits for the protection of other patients and our staff. We ask that you continue to call the office to notify us of your arrival, and we will bring you into the office as soon as a room is available.
We will continue to separate sick and well patients with our separate sides of the office.
We look forward to seeing your smiling faces again!! This policy change comes with much thought and in an effort to find a balance regarding public health measures and the importance of social interaction and personal preferences. Please know that our policy may change if changes in COVID-19 prevalence or virulence are seen in our community in the future. If you have questions about our policy, please speak with Dr. Tillman, or our office manager, Lisa Hoffmann. Have a wonderful day!
