We Are Merging with Sweetgrass Pediatrics!

We are excited to announce our upcoming partnership with Sweetgrass Pediatrics effective March 1, 2025. Together we will continue our shared mission of providing top quality pediatric care for your children. Our name will change but our phone number will remain (843)871-2588. You will continue to see all of the familiar friendly faces that you know from Oakbrook Pediatrics. We will be known as Sweetgrass Pediatrics Oakbrook office. Our official transition will occur the week of March 3, 2025 as we switch over to a new operating and scheduling system. During this time, we will still be available for sick visits and emergency care but will operate on a modified schedule as all of our staff receive training. You will be asked to update all of your demographic information in our new system at the time of your next appointment under our new identity. We will have access to all of your child’s prior medical records with Oakbrook Pediatrics. Unless you direct us otherwise via a signed record transfer request , your child’s Oakbrook Pediatrics record will remain at our current office location. Once the transition is fully integrated, which may take several weeks, you will have full access to new online scheduling tools as well as the opportunity for after hours, weekend and telehealth appointments at many of the other Sweetgrass Pediatrics office locations. We appreciate your patience during this transition time. We certainly thank you for trusting us with the medical care of your children and are delighted to have the opportunity to see your children grow and flourish as we continue to grow.
